How many implants do you need?
- Two implants — the standard, transformative option for a lower denture
- Four implants — greater stability, and lets an upper denture lose the palate
- Bar-retained — implants joined by a bar for maximum retention
Stop a loose denture moving — clip it securely onto implants.
A lower denture that lifts when you eat can be transformed by two implants. Book an overdenture consultation below.
Send us your details and we'll be in touch — usually within one working day.

An overdenture is removable, easier to clean and considerably cheaper. A fixed full-arch bridge feels most like natural teeth but costs more and demands meticulous hygiene. We will show you both and let you handle the models.
Attachment inserts are consumable and are replaced roughly every one to two years — a quick, inexpensive appointment. The denture itself may need relining after a few years as tissues change.
